Online Bill Payment with Smarthub Smarthub is an online bill payment option that allows our members to securely pay by credit card. Members can also review their bill and research their energy usage and payment history. If you receive a monthly invoice from SouthEastern Electric, all the information you need to make a payment or review your account is contained in your invoice. First time users may follow the link below to register and create a password for your account. Our CSR’s are available to assist you or make this transaction for members who do not have access to or are not familiar with computers.

For even more convenience Smarthub has a feature that enables you to pay your bill with just the account number and members the last name. This feature we call Pay Now and provides fast access to make a payment. Click below to pay your bill with Pay now
Pay-By-Phone is Another Great Option To pay by phone, members call 1-800-833-2611 and select option 3. Pay-By-Phone accepts credit cards.
Sign up for Automatic Bank Draft or Credit Card Draft Service Have your electric bill automatically deducted from your checking account, savings account, or your credit card each month. Your electric bill will arrive at its usual time each month, and your account will be drafted on the “Due Date” of the bill. Sign up by filling out and mailing the authorization form to SouthEastern Illinois Electric Cooperative, Inc. with a voided check or deposit ticket. If you have more than one account, please be sure to include all of your account numbers. Remember, it takes time to process your bank draft authorization. Please continue to pay your bill as before until you receive a statement from us that indicates that your bill is being deducted automatically from your bank account.
